The gallery is delighted to be heading for the sun to participate at Art Basel Miami Beach, opening next week. We will be at the new Supernova section of the fair, at the Miami Beach Convention Center (Ballroom A, Booth Q6) and will showcasing work by three of our most exciting young artists:

Zilvinas Kempinas will be showing two new works: ‘Lemniscate’, a new video tape and fan piece that conjures a floating infinity symbol in mid-air; and ‘Mounted Discs’, which employs an agglomeration of blank DVD discs to similar magical effect.

Stefan Hirsig will be represented by two works that belong to the radiant new series of paintings and sculptures that can be seen in the artist’s current solo show at the gallery.

And Tessa Farmer will be working on-site at our booth in the days running up to the fair, creating one of her installations of miniaturized worlds crafted from insect parts and organic materials.

We are also delighted to be able to present a single-channel version of Seamus Harahan’s magnum opus ‘Holylands’ (above) at the fair’s Art Video Lounge. The Video Lounge is located at the Botanical Gardens, across the street from entrance D of the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Fair dates: Vernissage: Wednesday, December 5, 5-8 p.m.
Show Days: Thurs, December 6 to Sunday, December 9.
